These are the approved plans for the final phase of the new arts center (in light gray). Of note is the large footprint of the building, and the 24 space parking lot that is across Storer street. The loss of some of the trees there was a concern for the neighborhood residents. Parking for Waynflete's students and faculty has always been an issue in the closely developed West End, so perhaps the parking relief was worth the resulting loss of green space.
