College of Nursing and Health Professions

Ideally located in the southern end of the beautiful State of Maine, the University of Southern Maine (USM) College of Nursing and Health Professions boasts excellent faculty and programs, with unique and rich community partnerships.  Graduate Nursing Programs

 New and revised Graduate Nursing concentrations:

           - Clinical Nurse Leader (revised)

           - Nursing Management (new)

           - Nursing Education (new)

Graduate Nursing Program application deadlines:

- Second degree MS Option Program- November 1

          All other programs and concentrations

- Spring semester admission - October 1

- Fall semester admission - April 1

Doctor of Nursing Practice

- Approved by UMS Board of Trustees, September  2010

- Application deadline: March 15 for fall 2011 admission
