      Please note the changes to the MMC Parking and ID Office hours and Policies - beginning 11/8/10 and effecting students and faculty who need to receive parking stickers and ID badges.
      • Groups of 3 or more people will now be required to schedule an appointment (call 662-2123).
        
      • New Parking and ID Office hours, Monday - Friday:
        7:30 - 9 a.m.
        11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
        2:30 - 4 p.m.

*****REQUIRED READING FOR ALL***** UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE STUDENTS IN A CLINICAL at MMC

We must have a signed copy of your confidentiality agreement and a signed statement that you have completed the MMC orientation on file!

Please review the orientation materials, print the confidentiality and the E1 agreement and turn both in to your clinical instructor on the first day of clinical--

Clinical instructors should turn in completed agreements and their own agreement to Sarah Haglund prior to the second week of clinical.
We must be in compliance with this by May of 2008.
