 Grading:

Students will select a project valued at a minimum of 8 points for each semester of enrollment.

A resume and/or a portfolio of theatre work (as described in class) will be required each semester.

A list of Department projects and their point values is attached. All projects require prior permission of the project advisor. Some projects may require departmental permission.

Projects on off-campus or non-departmental productions require an individual project advisor for each student. This includes Student Performing Artist productions.

Performers are chosen by audition only.

Sixteen point projects will count for two semesters of Theatre Workshop.

To receive a grade and course credit students must complete a Theatre Department Project record form before the semester deadline. Course grade is based on project grade, attendance and completion of a portfolio. Poor class attendance or lack of a portfolio or resume, as required in any semester, may lower course grade up to one full letter grade.
