CRITICISM AND AESTHETICS: Students will reflect upon and assess the characteristics and merits of art works.

CRITICISM      
  3-4-a. (4.) Explore and analyze content and styles in various visual art forms. --------------> -------------->

AESTHETICS

5-8-g. (5.) Evaluate work, from their own and other cultures and historical periods, that uses elements and principles of design to persuade and influence. Sec-c. (3.) Analyze, interpret, and evaluate subtle and complex meaning in visual arts intended to persuade and influence (as in electronic media, theater, commercial, and political advertising).
